Refund Policy

No Refunds for Completed Conversions
  • Once a video has been successfully converted, no refunds will be issued.
Failed Conversions
  • If a conversion fails due to a system error, we will either reattempt the conversion or issue a credit for future use.
Subscription Refunds
  • If you purchased a subscription but have not used the service, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
  • No refunds for partially used subscriptions.
Unlimited Conversion Policy
  • If you have an unlimited conversion plan, excessive or automated use may lead to account suspension without a refund.
